- Our Relief team of Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, Breakfast Chefs, Cooks are all qualified and have at least 5 years experience and are all referenced checked. Many of our Chefs are CRB checked and we have a team who specialise in Nursing Homes who often have special dietary requirements. We expect all of our Chefs to fit into any team, whether they are in charge of the kitchen or a "pair of hands" for the day.
