Our Chefs have to be qualified to 706 1 & 2 or equivalent with at least 5 years of a proven track record and must have at least 2 checkable work references.

Relief Chefs, Cooks  have to know and understand dietary requirements due to the various Clients we supply from Hotels, Pubs, Restaurants, Cafe's, Coffe Shops,residential & Nursing homes.

All chefs must have their own Chef whites, saftey shoes, Knives and must be able to work as part of a team or on there own.
